Additionally, our hygienist will instruct you on effective plaque removal techniques using interdental brushes, floss, or tape for cleaning between your teeth.

Scaling and polishing is typically a painless procedure, but in case of any discomfort, the hygienist can administer anaesthetic creams or provide local anaesthesia. Consistent professional cleaning to eliminate plaque and tartar, coupled with diligent oral hygiene practices at home, will contribute to maintaining the health of your mouth.
